No need to let gluten intolerance stop you from having a wedding cake!
I am now happy to announce I am offering wheat free, gluten free cakes.
I also can do vegan and sugar free cakes.
We use only the freshest ingredients to make these cakes.
We use finely milled gluten free flour.
Extra care has to be taken when making gluten free foods.
Making gluten free cakes is more than just using flour free of wheat.
Cross contamination can happen. Measuring utensils must be
triple cleaned if they were used to measure anything with gluten.
However, we have bowls, spatulas and beaters used only for our gluten free cakes!
We have a sifter we use only for my wheat free flour.
Even vanilla often contains gluten!
We have to be very careful when making gluten free food.

Why gluten free? An estimated 2 million Americans have gluten intolerance
or with Celiac Disease. Celiac disease is caused by a reaction to gliadin
(a gluten protein found in wheat).
Those living with the condition have to eliminate gluten from
their diet completely, and for life.

Yellow
Cakes are covered in gluten free buttercream
or fondant/buttercream 50/50.
